Wherever you are on your spiritual journey, allow us to help you find a meaningful place to volunteer. Some opportunities require little or no experience while others require a great deal of commitment and experience. We would love to help you get plugged into the ministry at CABC!

Download and complete this application and return it to the CABC Volunteer Ministry. Applications will also be available for pick up at the Information kiosk in the courtyard. You may return the application by mail, by dropping it off at the church office, or depositing it at the Information kiosk on Sunday morning. Note: The mailing address is at the bottom of this page.
Give this form to two personal references and have them return it to CABC.
