MAKING SENSE OF THE OLD TESTAMENT [Leviticus – Deuteronomy]
Teacher: Arlene Arita Location: Fireside Room
We will explore the major events, people, and themes in the Old Testament. We will focus on God’s character and ways, and see the beginning of God’s plan of redemption. New Testament passages will be included to expand our understanding.
NEW TESTAMENT – AN INTRODUCTION TO THE GOSPELS AND ACTS
Teacher: Denny Lee Location: CEC 302
In this seminar we will look at the first five books of the New Testament: Matthew, Mark, Luke, John, and Acts. These books reveal God’s rescue plan which was set into motion before the foundation of the earth to save us from sin and death. This gospel is the very power that changes lives and enables victorious living for God’s glory.
THE TRUTH PROJECT
Facilitators: Sam Lloyd and Jennifer Strickland Location: CEC 202
The Truth Project is a DVD-based curriculum that develops and strengthens our ability to look at life from a biblical perspective. Practically and personally, participants will be reintroduced to the truth claims of God. This series will make you stop and think when it asks the question, "Do you really believe that what you say you believe is really real?"

The focus of tru Parenting will be to equip and inspire parents through scripture, prayer, stories, tangible examples and the tru ten environments. This seminar will provide opportunities to learn about and promote more purposeful parenting. It is perfect for parents and grandparents raising morally confident and spiritually motivated children
